WANTED - A Skilled Machine Operator / Excavator Driver 

MACHINE OPERATOR - Full-Time

We are offering the opportunity for a conscientious machine operator to have a diverse role focussed on the Earthworks phase of our projects. No day is the same, and each job site is unique so you will avoid boredom and monotony in this role, all while being located predominantly on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

 Your new role: 

  • Assist the Supervisor with management of project in the Earthworks stage 

  • Transport and Operate our 1.7 Tonne Excavator & attachments (Bucket, Auger, Hammer, Rock Saw) 

  • Manage customer expectations through the Earthworks phase 

  • Setout ready for earthworks and map out connection to all required services.  

  • Self-manage your time and activities though out each day and regularly report to supervisors and the Construction Manager 

What you need to be successful: 

  • Must be passionate about building beautiful homes that help everyday Australians like us. 

  • Must have previous experience with operating excavators 

  • Experience with slab preparation and services trenching desirable, but not essential 

  • Current Drivers License required 

  • Experience in applying construction industry practices, principles, concepts, techniques and standards. 

  • Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet critical deadlines.  

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, trades and internal staff 

  • Must be able to work unsupervised and autonomously (guided by our systemised protocols) 

  • Must be big on personal development, always looking to grow as a professional and as a person. 

  • Must be caring and committed to delivering exceptional customer service and feel good vibes to fellow team-mates 😊
