PRE-CONSTRUCTION CO-ORDINATOR - Full-Time

Your new role:
Project Management of all projects through the Design and Approvals process, and Pre-Construction using various software tools (BuilderTrend, Trello, Pipedrive)
Manage customer expectations through the Design phases through thorough, open communication.
Review plans for livability and constructability
Guide customers through customisation of plans
Regular project reporting to Management
Opportunities for additional work in sales administration, marketing or finance depending on skills and interest

What you need to be successful:
Must be passionate about building beautiful homes that help everyday Australians like us.
Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet critical deadlines. This is an essential role in ensuring the business functions smoothly so meticulous attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, trades and internal staff is essential.
Must be able to work unsupervised and autonomously (guided by our systemised protocols)
Must be able to follow well documented procedures, and provide input for updates or revisions of these procedures
Must be big on personal development, always looking to grow as a professional and as a person.
Comfortable with using technology to enable their work
Experience with architectural and/or engineering plans would be beneficial but not mandatory.
Experience with planning controls (SEPP, Council LEP & DCPs) is also desirable.
Must be caring and committed to delivering exceptional customer service and feel good vibes to fellow team-mates π
