2024 WINNERS in the Housing Industry Association (HIA) NSW Housing Awards

That’s right - we have won AGAIN in 2024!

This is our Third Win for the Affordable Housing Category in the HIA Housing Awards since we started entering in 2019.

This time we were recognised for our innvoative DuraBuild project in Narraweena. This was just one of the many DuraBuild projects completed this year, and we are so proud that our thought leadership and innovative use of materials allowed us to be named the winners in this category.

Unlike the Master Builders Awards, HIA only have a single category for Granny Flats which includes other Affordable Housing solutions, and so it really is something special.
