Sam & Karyn - Mona Vale

We used Chris Willoughby from Bungalow homes to build our granny flat in Mona Vale. From the beginning Chris and his team showed professionalism & reliability with every step of the process. Never having a granny flat built before, Bungalow Homes made the whole experience very easy and exciting as we got to choose all the products, colours and styles used. They had a lot of very good advice on what to do at each step & made sure everything was done on time.

The price of the build was very competitive too with the granny flat adding hundreds of thousands of dollars to our property value. We bought our block in 2013 for $940,000 and sold it 2 years later for $1.782500. Amazing result!!!

If it wasn’t for the beautiful product Bungalow Homes produced we would never have achieved that price.
